These Terms govern your use of the LinkGPT web application and LinkGPT Shopify app provided by Gemcy Inc. By creating an account, connecting a service, installing the Shopify app, or otherwise using LinkGPT, you agree to these Terms.
LinkGPT helps creators, organizations, and merchants structure and index the public data you already own for AI systems. Features and availability may change as the service evolves.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You may connect only accounts, websites, pages, shops, and content that you are authorized to use. Connecting a third-party provider authorizes LinkGPT to access the permissions displayed in that provider's consent flow until you disconnect or revoke access.
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant LinkGPT a limited license to host, process, format, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide features you request. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and instructions do not violate law or the rights of others.
You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls or rate limits, introduce malicious code, interfere with other users, impersonate another person or organization, scrape providers outside their approved interfaces, or use LinkGPT to violate a connected platform's terms.
Paid web subscriptions are processed by Stripe and Shopify-app charges are processed through Shopify. Prices, billing intervals, trials, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the applicable billing portal. Except where required by law, fees already incurred are non-refundable.
Connected platforms, payment processors, AI providers, and other third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. LinkGPT is not responsible for third-party availability, decisions, API changes, or the accuracy of information those services provide.
You may stop using LinkGPT, disconnect providers, or contact us to request creator-account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a violation of these Terms. Data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated suggestions and visibility measurements may be incomplete or inaccurate. LinkGPT does not guarantee index ranking, citations, traffic, or any particular response from an AI model or search service. To the extent permitted by law, LinkGPT is provided "as is" and without warranties of uninterrupted operation or particular results. Gemcy Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when legally required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
